Frequently Asked Questions

Installs are normally 1-2 days but could be more depending on the amount of product.  Installs typically happen 6-8 weeks after ordering the product and is scheduled at the homeowners convenience.  

Promotional appointments typically run about an hour, but it always depends on how many questions you and your spouse might have. 

This may vary depending on the situation, but typically windows are done before siding, doors, and roofs.  This is due to the immediate and long term return on investment.

We generally ask a minimum of 6.  From our experience if you are going to do what is called a partial it is better to do either the front or back rather than upstairs and downstairs.

After installing your new replacement windows we remove all old windows from your property and dispose of them properly. If you wish to keep your old windows or storm windows, please notify the installation crew as soon as it arrives for your installation.
